By Checking In, You Agree to Comply with All of Our Rules and Policies

Valid government issued identification is required at the time of check in for all guests of the hostel. Photo copies will not be accepted.

All indoor areas in the hostel, including guest rooms, common rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room, are non-smoking. Guests smoking indoors, including guests who smoke in their rooms, will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. 

Check out time is 12:00 noon. Failure to check out by 12:00 noon will result in the charge of an additional night.

Non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms, the pool deck or the pool, and are not allowed anywhere on the property after 5:00 PM.

You may not exceed a room’s maximum occupancy.  Single dorm beds are reserved for one person only.  Double/Twin rooms are for two people. Four-bed rooms are for four people. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the booking being canceled with any charges associated with a late cancellation.

Towels and linens are provided free of charge. No bedding such as pillows or sleeping bags are allowed.

When specified, dorm rooms are single sex only in order to maintain the hostel’s security and privacy.

Bags may be stored free of charge prior to check in and after check out until 5:00 PM. If storage past 5:00 PM is required, the front desk can grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Food and drinks are not permitted in guest rooms, with the exception of unflavored water. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a $250 cleaning fee. 

Louisiana residents are not permitted to stay.

All guests must be 18 years of age. Children are not permitted on the property.

The maximum length of stay in any year is 30 nights.

The maximum length of stay in any 30-day period is 14 nights.

A receptionist is on duty 24 hours.  There is no curfew.

If you come in late at night, please be respectful to other guests that may be sleeping.  Enforced quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.

For long reservations or group reservations, a non-refundable deposit may be charged.

The hostel reserves the right to charge any damages to the property and any unpaid portion of the bill to the credit card used to secure the booking.

Pets are not allowed on the property. Service dogs are, of course, welcome.

The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Failure to comply with the above rules may result in cancellation of the remaining reservation at the guest’s expense and/or penalty charges.
